Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a case from the initial client consultation through to negotiation, settlement, closure, and disbursement of funds
  • Manage the initial case file preparation, client relations, communication, and satisfaction, including drafting demand letters and negotiating settlements and medical bills
  • Track clients' treatment progress to ensure adherence and advancement of their cases
  • Alert attorneys when their expertise is required during any phase of the pre-litigation process
