This position is for Roofing Jobsite Superintendent, one who has high-level experience with roof inspections, managing crews, & onsite job supervision. You must be an effective communicator and detail oriented. The Roofing Jobsite Superintendent will oversee all Residential roofing projects (shingle, metal, tile, stone coated steel, etc) and Commercial projects (Shingle, Metal, TPO, etc).


 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of Construction Management experience (required)
  • Hands-on experience with exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, etc)
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Good attitude


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with crews, team members, and customers for exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, etc)
  • Complete job review checklists to ensure all work is installed in accordance with contract documents. General quality control and crew oversight.
  • Manage day to day jobsites (residential and commercial)
  • Conduct commercial inspections in a timely manner to relay pertinent information over to estimating team.
  • Resolve customer issues and construction issues on-site and in-office.
  • Such other duties as determined by management of the company at its discretion.
