Position Summary:

  • Manage both residential and commercial roofing projects, including various materials such as shingles, metal, TPO, and more.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Construction Management.
  • Proven hands-on experience with exterior construction projects, including roofing, siding, and window installations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coordination among crews, team members, and clients for all exterior projects.
  • Ensure quality assurance and effective crew management for all installations.
  • Supervise daily operations at job sites for both residential and commercial roofing projects.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial projects and provide constructive feedback to the estimating team.
  • Efficiently address and resolve any customer or construction-related issues.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
