Thomas Printworks is searching for a talented individual to work in our Billing department. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, fast learner with a 'can do', positive, and cheerful attitude to join a stable company. You must be efficient, capable of multitasking, and possess the ability to apply your experience and knowledge to new and changing situations. The successful candidate will be a multitasker and possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service This is a Billing Specialist position based out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for generating accurate and timely customer invoices.
- Verify customer work order requests to ensure work was completed in full.
- Prepare customer invoices according to completed work order(s).
- Process daily billing system information.
- Check for errors daily and review any discrepancies with the customer.
- Maintain communication with other departments to obtain customer information and/or to correct customer transactions.
- Research and resolve problems.
- Ensure customers are informed of company billing policies and procedures.
- Ensure company policies & procedures are followed.
- Deliver quality service to our customers every time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Attend meetings and training as scheduled
- Maintain the Company’s professional reputation
- Keep the work area clean and secure
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Good math skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and multi-tasking ability
- Computer proficiency
- Prior billing experience preferred
