Job Description: As an Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal at our firm, you will play a critical role in managing personal injury cases from inception to conclusion. This includes handling pleadings, drafting complaints, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and assisting with arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.

• Draft and file pleadings, complaints, and various motions.

• Conduct comprehensive discovery, including drafting interrogatories and requests for production.

• Assist in preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.

• Maintain organized case files and documentation.

• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.

• Conduct legal research and fact investigation.

• Prepare settlement demands and manage case settlements.

• Support attorneys with all aspects of case preparation and management.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm.

• Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures.

• Proficient in legal research and case management software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Compassionate and client-focused approach.

• Knowledge of all Microsoft programs.
