Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Assistant/Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our agents to provide research, financial analysis, and administrative support to facilitate successful transactions in the commercial real estate market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate brokerage with a reputable firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and compile property data
  • Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and investment returns
  • Prepare agreements, property marketing materials and listings
  • Maintain accurate databases and update property listings on various platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field and NJ real estate license preferred
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate or financial analysis (prefer someone who has experience supporting multiple people in professional services company)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, mapping, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite and Acrobat on PC and platforms such as CoStar, LandVision, Realquest desired but open to training the right candidate.
  • Proficiency in Sales Force, Adobe Suite and Costar/Loopnet, CREXI, MLS a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resourceful self-starter who is driven by change and maintains a positive and professional presence at all times.
