Caring Transitions of Winston Salem is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Client Success Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition process for our clients, from initial consultation to project completion. As the primary point of contact, the Client Success Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service and support while managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the transition process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates as needed.
  2. Coordinate and schedule consultations, assessments, and services with clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  3. Collaborate closely with team members to oversee project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed according to client expectations.
  4. Conduct follow-up communications to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction post-transition.
  5. Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records accurately.
  6. Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of supplies and materials necessary for client projects.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and external service providers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  8. Support marketing efforts by participating in community events, networking opportunities, and promoting Caring Transitions services.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in customer service or client relations preferred.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  4. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and database management.
  5. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  7. Knowledge of the Winston Salem area and surrounding communities is a plus.
  8. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.
