Location; Newport Beach, CA (Hybrid)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify internal and external candidates for positions through passive and active sourcing methods, social media, and employee referrals.
- Consult with hiring managers throughout the course of a search on candidate flow, candidate assessment, recruiting activities, market trends and challenges.
- Communicate closely with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure an optimal candidate experience.
- Successfully build relationships with TA Team, University Relations, and key Human Resources partners to optimize the recruitment function.
- Partner with other TA members on challenging projects related to process improvement, DEI, and social media.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of three to five years of experience performing full cycle recruiting with a strong focus on candidate assessment.
- Proven experience presenting talent to hiring managers in a corporate environment
- The ability to communicate and influence to drive for best in class hiring results
- What will make you stand out:
- Proven passive sourcing techniques to engage talent
- Experience with Workday and MS Office
- An understanding or interest in learning Agile methodology within a HR Function
