The Regional Services Coordinator (RSC) position at Sadowsky Autism Services LLC is responsible for a wide range of administrative and logistical functions in support of the company's mission to provide therapeutic services to children with autism throughout Missouri and Kansas. The specific position available in this listing is responsible for the greater Kansas City area.

The RSC for the Kansas City area manages and coordinates the therapeutic schedules for our clients and the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to the Kansas City area. The RSC communicates directly with families to coordinate weekly schedules, manage waitlists, and to onboard new clients into the program. The RSC also works with our clinical RBT staff to provide the desired employee hours and schedules. As necessary, the RSC works directly with insurance companies to coordinate new or ongoing medical authorizations in support of our services.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the highest level of attention to detail and the ability to focus in a rapidly changing and dynamic workplace. Maturity, responsibility, organization, and initiative are crucial for employment in this small business environment. This position includes direct access to the owner and decision makers in this privately held company - ensuring that your voice will be heard, your opinion matters, and changes can be adopted or implemented in near real-time.

No clinical experience with autism is required but all applicants need to be willing and able to work around children with special needs.

· Medical authorization management

· New client intake and onboarding

· Management of the recruiting, selection and hiring of clinical staff for your area

· Therapeutic Center access and support staffing management

Sadowsky Autism Services(SAS) provides services out in the community, in your home, or at our SAS Center in Platte City, Missouri - or in a combination of locations. The SAS Center enables us to focus on social behaviors and small group activities, while our in-home and community-based services allows us to conduct therapy during outings or at other off-site activities. A large number of our clients receive a “blended” program that incorporates both types of services to cover the widest range of behaviors and settings possible.

Cassandra Sadowsky is the business owner and Clinical Director, and in her 14th year of private practice since founding the company in 2010. With over 25 years of experience as an ABA practitioner, Cassie is dedicated to ensuring that her staff provides Applied Behavior Analysis services that meet the specific needs of each family and reflect the unique personality of each child.

SAS provides services to multiple locations in Kansas, Missouri, as well as the greater Kansas City metro area.
