Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Service, and repair various household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and washers & dryers.
  • Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot problems
  • Provide repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers
  • Complete billing and invoicing paperwork via iPad
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and parts

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • All candidates MUST have a Valid State-issued Driver's License
  • Refrigerant experience/knowledge is valuable
  • Strong Technical Skills and Troubleshooting ability; including reading schematics
  • Ability to lift 80+lbs
  • Mechanically Inclined and knowledge of hand tools
  • Ability to follow directions/instructions and learn quickly
  • Former home appliance repair or related field is a MAJOR PLUS.
  • Graduation from Trade School for refrigeration/electricity or equivalent also MAJOR PLUS.
  • Self Motivated and Able to handle potentially stressful situations
  • Clean interpersonal communication and professional appearance
