Candidate must have > 5 years experience working front desk at a dental office. This includes knowledge of various insurances (PPO,HMO,Medicare), greeting/welcoming and checking in patients, treatment plan presentation, performing appropriate adjustments to patient’s accounts after payment from insurances, scheduling, knowledge of dental terms, procedures, and conveying treatment to patients. Customer service experience is a must. Candidate must be comfortable presenting treatment plans to patients, and discussing financial alternatives/options. Experience with insurance verification, and multitasking is mandatory. We are seeking an individual that is joyful and friendly to be the newest addition to our work family
