Your previous data entry experience will strengthen this fast-paced environment.  Our client, who specializes in advertising, digital marketing, and public relations, is looking for a billing specialist with excellent communication skills to add to their growing team. As the collections analyst, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing an influx of emails/requests. What matters most for the collections analyst: 

  • Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm 
  • Hybrid work schedule 
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card
  • $17.50 an hour
  • Benefits in a Card: 3 medical plans, dental and vision
  • Additional benefits such as group accident, critical illness w/cancer benefits, short term disability, behavioral health, term life and identify theft

Your new role as the collections analyst: 

  • Contact clients regarding past due invoices daily via telephone or email
  • Generate and distribute Accounts Receivable reports to Account Executives, Management and Clients
  • Recognition and Analysis of collection issues
  • Researching payments and applications
  • Assist with audit requests.
  • Client Account Reconciliations

 Your experience as collections analyst: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Above average Word and strong Excel experience
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in accounting
  • Familiar with Cash Applications and Accounts Payable
