Job Opportunity: Collections Analyst

At The Reserves Network Inc, we are seeking a skilled Collections Analyst to join our team. As a Collections Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our client's accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact clients regarding past due invoices and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Generate and distribute Accounts Receivable reports to stakeholders
  • Analyze collection issues and develop strategies to resolve them
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Assist with audit requests and client account reconciliations
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel and Word skills
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in accounting
  • Familiarity with Cash Applications and Accounts Payable
