An upbeat and modern accounting firm Tax House Miami is searching for ​an energetic team member with an accounting background who be an immediate impact player on the team.

This new team member will be interested in a growing role with a boutique Accounting firm as they expand rapidly. The candidate will have the opportunity to further their skills by working directly with highly experienced accountants and Enrolled Agents.

You must possess strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage several dozen clients an various administrative tasks.

Bilingual in English and Spanish a MUST

Focus:

  • Prepare and file individual & business income tax returns
  • Learn to prepare Quarterly Estimates
  • Handle inquiries, build relationships and interact with a young and modern Client base
  • Perform data entry and various administrative duties

Required Skillset:

  • Must have experience filing tax returns
  • Expert in managing your Outlook Email inbox and calendar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Detail Oriented
  • Self Starter
  • Comfortable speaking to others via Phone or Zoom
  • Willing to learn new client management software
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Preferably 1-5 years of experience at a maximum

*This position is seasonal for tax season from January-April. Full time positions can be considered for the right candidate*
