Creative Financial Staffing is connected with a private educator located in Newport County seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for their finance team.

About the Organization Seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

  • Founded over 100 years ago, this religious school with students from almost 30 US states and 11 countries worldwide
  • They boast a diverse student and faculty population
  • They have a variety of sports programs available
  • Working on a small team of 4, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator will report to the Controller

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

  • Collecting enrollment deposits
  • Coordinating new student enrollment in partnership with the Admissions office
  • Calculating tuition charges and monitoring bill repayments
  • Posting information for financial aid to student accounts
  • Processing electronic monthly billing
  • Communicating via phone and email with parents regarding tuition and extracurricular expenses
  • Serving as backup for other functions within the Accounting Department


Background Expected of the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role
  • Experience with a major ERP and proficiency in Excel
