Job DescriptionJob Description

The Project Administrator will manage all process in the residential tract home department relating to building jobs, payroll, subcontractor compliance, permitting, ordering material, invoicing and warranty/repair.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage/maintain dashboard to ensure all tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
  • Schedule deliveries and pick up of all rental equipment.
  • Schedule and order materials per fields request.
  • Adhering to all process and procedures relating to their job.
  • Responsible for reviewing, processing, and entering contractor invoices.
  • Maintain customers vendor portal.
  • Handles day to day project level client/field communication.
  • Creates and maintains project files and associated support documentation.
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required by daily operations in the corporate office, data entry, filing, creating reports, faxing/scanning/copying.

Required Skills/Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Word.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Attention to Detail
  • Reading Comprehension

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit, stand, talk or hear for long periods of time throughout an 8-hour workday
  • Must be able to use repetitive hand motion, reach and bend
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
