Landscape Laborer

Small, local property management company looking for full time landscape laborer for 35-40 hours weekly M-F all year round. Set schedule of routes approximately 6 locations a day. Duties to include, maintaining landscape by removing weeds or dead plants from the property and caring for flowers and/or shrubs on the property, mowing grass as needed, edging as needed. General basic landscape duties.
Ultimately, you will ensure that the lawns and gardens are properly maintained throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth
- Remove weeds and dead plants
- Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves
- Supervise maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape, and walkways
- Advise manager on how to improve the landscape
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Landscaper Laborer or similar role
- Must be able to operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Knowledge of maintenance schedule for tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of basic lawn maintenance
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good stamina and physical health to work outdoors for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Must have Drivers license and be able to be insured by company insurance
