We are seeking a talented and motivated Acquisition Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Davie, FL. The ideal candidate is a "shark" with integrity—an individual who is driven, goal-oriented, and enjoys the challenge of closing deals. This position involves working closely with our team to manage leads, engage with potential sellers, and structure lucrative deals.

Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound communications with sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely responses.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to increase engagement and conversion rates.
CRM Management: Maintain and update buyer accounts in the CRM to ensure efficient interactions with sellers.
Company Representation: Serve as the face of the company, engaging with sellers and stakeholders in a professional and positive manner.
Deal Structuring: Sign sellers on purchase/assignment agreements, maximizing the company's fee by structuring cash and creative finance offers.
Networking: Develop joint venture opportunities with other wholesalers, realtors, brokers, and bird dogs to identify new acquisition/disposition opportunities.
