Document Imaging Specialist Temp- Human Resources 8-Hour Day Shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Organize physical and digital documents according to established filing system.
- Scan various documents into the HRIS system or other systems, as applicable
- Box documents/files for storage upon completion.
- Retrieve requested documents, as needed.
- Assist in file audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned documents.
- Troubleshoot scanning issues.
- Perform basic clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning and filing.
- Keep files and cabinets free from unnecessary clutter.
- Reports on any equipment and or environmental issues for repair.
- Acts with a sense of urgency when performing tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in an office setting scanning documents.
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, strong organizational skills, ability to follow verbal instructions, and PC (computer) skills.
- A capacity to learn, synthesize, make critical judgments, work independently, place patients and families first, and collaborate with the team members who are recognized leaders within health care.
