Onsite - Akron, OH
5-6 week contract
$18/hr + (can be flexible)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
· Responsible for opening mail.
· Manages Accounts Payable email box.
· Matches all packing slips to purchase orders and to invoices.
· Enters invoices.
· Responsible for weekly Accounts Payable check run.
· Creates and files statements.
· Mails and files refund checks.
· Other related duties as assigned.

TO QUALIFY
· Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift objects of 15 lbs. (Marginal function: 20 lbs.).
· Ability to communicate (read, write, speak) in English.
· Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Effective communication/interpersonal skills with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
