Job Summary:

Our client, a reputable financial services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Payee Operations Specialist to oversee and manage payee-related functions. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payments, maintaining payee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain payee records, handle inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee accurate and timely payments, coordinating with accounts payable teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, prevent fraud, and conduct regular audits.
• Prepare reports on payment performance and provide insights for process improvement.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• At least 2-4 years in payee management or accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:
