Looking for a Inventory Specialist to be a part of our team in Woburn who is responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and warehouse policy. Come join our team TODAY

 

Responsibilities

  • Process, package and ship orders accurately
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space (keep warehouse clean)
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately in locations (Bays and shelves)
  • Check, verify and fill customer invoices
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

Requirements and skills

Attention to Detail is a MUST

  • Proven warehouse experience
  • High knowledge of warehouse data system
  • Must have strong skills in usage of different scanning guns to pick orders
  • Ability to move heavy product from time to time
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Reference to confirm skill sets and abilities
