3 Shift Available Morning, Afternoon , Overnight 7 days a week

 

Prestigious concierge company seeking individuals who can perform exceptional concierge duties at upscale condominium complexes currently looking fill all shifts

Job Skills/Requirements:

Provide high quality concierge services to protect individuals and property. Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders. Remain flexible in a continuously changing environment; adapt to diverse situations. Enforce client and company policies, rules and regulations.

Closely monitor circuit television systems and alarms where is applicable.
Possess exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette; prior experience is a plus.As lobby representatives it's required to welcome residents and visitors as they arrive. Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits. Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards perform security patrols of designated areas on foot at designated intervals. Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
Provide excellent customer service to all vendors and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, 1 year experience in residential preferable.

Applicant is encouraged to be Computer literate; possess basic knowledge of computer functions and how to utilize Property computer system. Able to respond to requests from upper management in a timely and expeditious fashion. Possess a friendly and bright demeanor at ALL TIMES. Organized, and able to retain records, written and or verbal requests and other documentation, as circumstances may dictate.
Also Required :
-Maintain high standards of attendance and punctuality
-Maintain neat and professional appearance at all times
-Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and service mission of the company and the client
-Able to successfully pass background and drug test

Education Requirements - High School Diploma or GED

Hotel experience is preferred .
