Candidates for leading the Upscale Casual Dining Concept must have the following attributes:

  • 5-7 years of casual dining management experience

  • Managed a minimum of 50 employees

  • Multi-Unit Experience preferred 

  • Manages day to day restaurant operations, including bar operations and the ability to manage P&L, budgets, financial projections and analysis

  • Must be focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience and committed to building lasting relationships with our guests

  • A self-starter with strong leadership skills that can develop people through excellent communication and coaching skills

  • Heart of House (HOH) experience and familiarity, including a high-level safety and sanitation standards, systems, and inventory management

  • A strong culture fit and adaptable to the family run feel

  • Detail oriented, stabilizing, and has a good follow-through tenet
