We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.

**Duties:**

- Interview, hire, train, and manage restaurant staff

- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

- Manage food preparation and presentation

- Oversee inventory control and ordering supplies

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Implement strategies to meet sales targets

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus

- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in team management within the food service industry

- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control

- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques
