Inside Sales Coordinator

About The Position- Daily Activities Include:
- Verbal and Email-Handle Delivery Expedite Requests from Customers
- Prepare Quotations or Delivery Info via Verbal or Email Delivery to Customer or Field Sales Rep
- Prepare Basic Sales Reports using EXCEL and Pivot Tables
- Incoming and Outgoing Daily Calls with Our Industrial Distributors and Sales Reps
- Place Outgoing Customer and Follow-up Telephone Calls
- Tracking Projects and Quotations
- Assorted Excel Spread Sheets (Excel Spread Sheet Experience a MUST)
Candidate Must Have:
- Strong Multi-tasking Skills
- Ability to Work to Deadlines
- Demonstration & Documentable Inside Sales, Sales Administrator or Customer Service Experience at Business to Business Level (PLEASE NO RETAIL APPLICANTS)
- 4+ Year B2B Industrial INSIDE SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience
- Excellent time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiencies in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Email
- Strong Command of English Language Both Spoken and Written
