We are looking for a motorcycle enthusiast with a positive attitude and a propensity for outstanding customer service to join our team at Manic Moto. This position will have you working at the front desk on the sales floor helping customers find the right parts or accessories for their motorcycle, answering phone calls, and helping run the "front of house" for a premier motorcycle shop in Queen Creek.

 

We are seeking to fill a full time position Tuesday-Friday: 10am-6pm and Saturdays: 9am-4pm

 

This position is flexible to your strengths. We have a team of individuals at this shop who bend and shape to the needs of the team. Generally this position will be focused on customer support; speaking with customers, cashing out parts sales at the counter, working with customers in the store looking for parts or accessories, but will have opportunities to venture into different avenues of the shop according to your strengths. Do you like talking with people about motorcycles and have good people skills? We can train you on selling one of the two high end Italian motorcycles we sell, Beta and Moto Guzzi. Are you good at staying organized and handy with a computer? We can have you help with the parts shipping and receiving side of the shop. Do you have a knack for service and fixing things? We can get you trained on service writing.... The sky is the limit here at Manic Moto and we are looking for like minded individuals who want to succeed in the motorcycle industry.
