We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a fully on-site position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and hands-on experience with Sage Intacct ERP system. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, providing strategic insights, and supporting the overall financial operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
•    Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements.
•    Perform tax research on a variety of federal and state issues as needed, including during acquisitions. Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
•    Support audit activities and liaise with external auditors as needed. Support acquisition activity. 
•    Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
•    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in accounting and finance.
•    Ad hoc projects as requested by Controller and CFO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification or MBA preferred.
•    Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity, experience with multi-entity SaaS companies preferred.
•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
•    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with clients.
•    Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.
•    Smart and agile problem solver, with low ego and high integrity
•    Proficiency in Sage Intacct ERP system or similar system and advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel (pivot tables, x-look up experience a must).
•    Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
