Account Representative/Quote Preparation

Pay: $24-$26/hour, depending upon experience

Location: Freeport, NY

Responsibilities:

Ability to prepare quotes for HVAC repair work.

Familiarity with HVAC terminology is a plus.

Preparing client project proposals from quotes received from contractors

Coordinating between clients and contractors to discuss pricing, obtain approvals, schedule work, and ensure completion of projects

Preparing and monitoring reports to track and manage work status

Entering notes into company's proprietary system as well as third-party systems.

Looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) preferably HVAC experience.

The qualified applicants need to demonstrate they are driven, ambitious and dynamic and can be self-starters, who is also take pride in their work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Benefits:
