Our company, MEIKO, US manufactures, sells and services the world's highest quality ware washing equipment. You can find our dish machines in commercial kitchens across all industries in the US as well as globally. Restaurants, hospitals, colleges and universities, cruise ships, airports, etc.
The Technical Support Specialist role is primarily one of troubleshooting, training and advising end-users and 3rd party service providers to ensure the equipment is working properly and well maintained. Our Service Techs work primarily over the phone - answering questions and solving problems. Strong customer service skills are important as well as technical ability.
In addition to a competitive base salary, we also offer great benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) as well as generous paid time off and employee discounts. This position is eligible for annual merit increases and a bonus plan.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience with installation and repair of commercial appliances.
Must be detailed, organized and able to multi-task. Must keep excellent records.
Relocation is not available.
