Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Shipping and Logistics Coordinator Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics customer service.
- Background in manufacturing or warehousing will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel and CRM software, with strong typing abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and use a hand truck is preferred.
- Exceptional follow-up skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
Shipping and Logistics Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain shipping and delivery schedules for all orders, while also managing the inventory log.
- Process invoices and handle payment reconciliations.
- Engage in effective communication and negotiation with vendors to ensure competitive rates.
- Maintain constant communication with shipping dock employees to ensure smooth operations.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with working hours from 8 am to 5:00 pm. The offered compensation for this position is $20-$24 per hour. If you possess relevant experience and meet the job search parameters, we encourage you to apply for immediate consideration.
