Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls for Clinical Matters

  • Manage Patient Schedule

  • Complete various requests from the patient; ie. completing forms, questions regarding care, etc.

  • Respond to all Text Messages daily to ensure all patients questions are answered

  • Faxes including Rx refills and prior authorization

  • Covid Testing and occasional Clinical Assistances

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathy and compassion to give support to patients
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • Familiarity with medical terms and technology
  • Understanding of law and ethics pertaining to medical practices
  • Strong computer and data entry
