NOW HIRING: Abrasive Media Blasting Technician

We’re seeking full time help in the blasting shop No previous experience necessary – if you’re reliable, willing to learn, and able to do manual labor all day, we’ll build your skills from the ground up. For candidates with previous blasting experience, wage will be discussed in the interview.

  • Hours: M-F, 6:30 AM – 4 PM
  • Compensation: $17 – $19 to start (assuming no previous experience)
  • Benefits: Life, Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation
  • Responsibilities for those new to the industry:
    • Hang parts
    • Package parts
    • Arrive to work on time every day
  • As you get comfortable, you’ll be promoted and trained to:
    • Blast parts fully
    • Follow specific instructions outlined on work orders
  • Qualifications:
    • Manual labor work experience is required
    • Powder coating experience is preferred
    • Must be able to lift 75lbs
    • Must be able to work in hot summer conditions
    • Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
    • Sit down forklift experience is preferred
