Position Overview:
This role involves managing an EVS replay system during national sports broadcasts, alongside serving as the Technical Director (TD) for multi-camera productions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating visual mixers (TD) and Studio/Remote cameras, conducting single camera shoots, and performing editing tasks. Experience in directing studio productions is advantageous.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
An Associate's degree in broadcasting or a related discipline, coupled with at least one (1) year of experience in media production or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Candidates must possess a solid understanding of various production tools, including television cameras, replay servers, editing systems, lighting, and audio equipment. Familiarity with multiple video formats and a spectrum of production techniques, ranging from basic to moderately complex, is essential. Basic computer and editing skills are also required.

Key Abilities:
• Position a camera effectively and compose visually appealing shots.
• Edit segments efficiently.
• Make informed decisions under pressure.
• Collaborate and learn from colleagues.
• Engage with clients and the public in a professional and credible manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in broadcasting or a related field, with experience in multicamera studio, remote, and/or single camera EFP shooting, as well as basic editing or equivalent experience. Proficiency in operating an EVS replay server for national sports broadcasts and directing various productions is also desirable.
