Marketing Coordinator: 

Job Description: Our client, a company in the property management industry, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for the brand. From designing marketing materials to enhancing brand identity, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual representation of our diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design Marketing Collateral: Create visually appealing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and advertisements to promote the brand.
  2. Digital Design: Produce engaging digital assets for online platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and digital ads, to effectively communicate brand messages and promotions.
  3. Brand Development: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels by developing and implementing design guidelines, templates, and assets for various projects.
  4. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative content ideas and visually communicate key messages through graphic design.
  5. Photography and Image Editing: Capture and edit high-quality photographs of properties, amenities, and events to support marketing initiatives and enhance visual storytelling.
  6. Assist with Special Projects: Contribute to the design and execution of special projects, such as event promotions, signage, merchandise, and other branding opportunities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a graphic design program or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and creativity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of photography and image editing is a plus.

  • Experience with WordPress
  • Basic understanding of UX (User Experience) Principles
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Copywriting Skills (small format/social media a plus)
