Retail Interior Designer / Sales Consultant

Our designers work closely with residential clients to design rooms that inspire and delight. They work in beautiful showrooms with supportive teams of co-workers, and have the unique joy of bringing design and happiness to their clients.

To Succeed, You:

  • Have demonstrated experience in luxury retail or B2B sales, interior design, project management, or other related field OR are a career changer looking for an industry-change.
  • Have a track record of longevity and success.
  • Have a passion for interior design.
  • Have a natural ability to engage, connect, and develop relationships.
  • Can drive the sales process and achieve sales goals.
  • Are highly motivated by unlimited commission earning potential.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Make connections with clients who visit your showroom.
  • Manage multiple design projects at any given time.
  • Use various technology to drive business and meet client needs.
  • Be available when our clients are: weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
  • Need access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license to make home calls.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
