We are a roofing and home exterior remodeling company specializing in roofing, gutters, siding, soffit, windows and deck building

We are looking to add Full Time Sales Professionals to our team for the remainder of 2024 and beyond

The position includes the following requirements:

1) Ability to climb on roofs

2) Ability to communicate effectively with existing and future customers

3) Manage a project you have sold throughout the entire process from contract to project completion

4) Be willing to learn sales strategies and techniques to sell our products and services to potential customers

5) Door knocking using these strategies and sales techniques will be a must to maximize your income potential in this industry

6) Experience isn't absolutely required, but certainly helpful if you have past experience in home exterior or construction sales

7) Pay scale is commission based and you will earn the amount of income that equals the amount the work put into the position. If you are willing to master your craft you will be very successful. We do provide training pay during the first 2 months.

8) Benefits include: Company provided work apparel, employee discounts, and company provided events and activities.

9) The salary range is very broad. You can make a ridiculous amount of money if you are are a hustler and work for it. Pay Range is not guaranteed and reflective on how badly you want success.
