Traxx Construction is seeking a full-time project engineer. The tasks include preparing, scheduling, and monitoring projects. Reviewing production schedules, equipment, material and crews. Manage the project resource plan and budget.
Review drawings and specs to ensure quality and compliance. Support the project management team, office staff, and field. Manage project issues, risks, and actions.
Manage project accounting to include pricing and tracking change orders, RFIs, submittals. Perform additional assignments as necessary.
Qualifications include the ability to read plans and specs. Understand submittals, RFIs, plan changes, Procore and BlueBeam knowledge. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, excellent time management skills, outstanding communication skills. Knowledge of construction, planning, scheduling, production, and contract specifications. Valid driver's license.
Excavation/Grading and site utilities experience necessary.
Salary commensurate with experience.
