Mental Health Counselor:
As a Mental Health Counselor at Northwest Resources II, Inc. you will have the opportunity to help start healing and strengthening our communities. With the use of compassion, creativity, and integrity alongside the skill sets you have learned in your master’s level training, you will guide our clients through their struggles with mental illness and trauma toward experiencing healthier, more stable, productive lives.
Position Duties
· Individual and Group therapy
· Mental Health Assessments and Intakes
· Treatment Planning
· Team Collaboration
· Continuing Education
· Timely & Accurate Record Keeping
Qualifications
· *Minimum of a master’s degree in a human services or related field (with ability to attain an Agency Affiliated License within 30 days of hire)
· Recognized as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) or ability to gain within 30 days of hire
· Preferred- Hold a current WA state License: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Associate license, Certified Agency Affiliated Counselor (CAAC) or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) credential
· Co-occurring credentials and experience is highly desired (not required)
· 1 or more years of direct service and assessment of patients is strongly desired

· Full-time salaried position

· Clinical Supervision hours by LMHC toward licensure included
