We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects exceeding $10M. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, strives for excellence, and enjoys the challenge of managing complex projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate efforts among subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
  • Lead construction teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Prepare and maintain 4-week project schedules.
  • Communicate project progress during weekly Owner, Architect, Contractor (OAC) meetings.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, and other personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on projects exceeding $10M.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong management techniques and ability to resolve job site issues.
  • Proficiency in concrete, framing, and finish carpentry.
  • Knowledge of construction software, including Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Office 365.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Ability to train on and navigate construction management software.
  • Proven experience in construction management with a solid understanding of OSHA regulations and IIPP compliance.
  • Excellent supervisory skills.

  • LEED Professional Accreditation
  • OSHA Certification
