Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Superintendent, your primary duties will encompass:
1. Managing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Allocating resources effectively for assigned projects.
3. Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Ensuring adherence to quality construction standards and appropriate techniques.
5. Overseeing daily operations on the construction site, including scheduling, inspections, and subcontractor management.
6. Guaranteeing timely project completion within budget constraints.
7. Addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.
8. Upholding safety regulations and guidelines on the job site.
9. Facilitating effective communication with clients, architects, and team members.
10. Preparing internal and external reports regarding project status.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Superintendent role should possess:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
2. Proven expertise in apartment construction is essential.
3. Strong leadership and management capabilities.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
5. Familiarity with construction management processes.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
8. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
9. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
10. Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel.
11. A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
12. A valid driver's license.
