Job Title: Leave of Absence Administrator
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM PT
Location: Hybrid, Woodland Hills, Long Beach, El Dorado Hills, CA (2 days/month in office)
Duration: 6-months
The Employee Service Center Rep Intermediate will be responsible for administering various leave of absence programs, including Family and Medical Leave, ADA, Parental, and other company-provided leaves.
Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects of leave of absences, such as FMLA, parental leave, personal health emergency leave, and other company leaves of absence.
- Assist LOA team with employee inquiries, documentation requests, leave extensions, and overall leave tracking in coordination with third party administrator.
- Process and track LOA statuses in Oracle HCM.
- Communicate LOA details regularly and accurately with Payroll and Benefits.
- Maintain communication with employees, third party administrators, managers, and HR Business Partners throughout the leave process regarding eligibility, approval, return to work process, and extension.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of leave of absences, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, CA State Disability Insurance, CA Paid Family Leave, and other applicable state and federal laws.
- 3 years of experience in Leave of Absence (LOA), ADA, and Workers Compensation Administration.
- Experience with The Hartford Absence Management and Oracle HCM preferred.
- Standard laptop equipment needed.
