Job Description

Position: Project Analyst

Location: Woodland, CA 

Salary: $22-$30/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Mon-Fri (Standard Business Hours)


JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the management and development of new projects once they are approved. Duties include administration, active research to design new projects and to prepare and present recommendations, new ideas to improve current projects. Information collection is also a part of the job with the need to analyze data, industrial and market trends and legislation relevant to projects. 


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/ BACKGROUND 

Minimum 3 years experience of office service experience required or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities 

Strong problem solving skills 

Conducts themselves with a high level of professionalism

Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel 

Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to accurately prepare a wide variety of correspondence and reports.

Must have excellent typing skills, mathematical aptitude and writing ability.

Must have analytical skills

Must have the ability to multi-task and work in deadline driven environments


EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE 

BA or BS degree in related subject or equivalent in education and work experience required
