Business Development Opportunity
PuroClean of East Cobb is experiencing rapid growth, thanks to our proven insurance-first strategy. As a result, we are looking to bring on a Business Development professional to join our dynamic team.
This is your chance to contribute to a thriving and customer centric organization, while having the opportunity to achieve a 6-figure income with uncapped commissions. This role provides the perfect balance of hunting for new business and supporting the management of our existing pipeline.
You will be responsible for contacting decision makers within our territory, setting up sales meetings, establishing ongoing partnerships, and nurturing and maintaining strong relationships. You will focus on both relationship management and account management to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and utilize a solutions-based selling methodology to build strong relationships throughout our territory.
- Proactively call potential clients to schedule sales meetings.
- Meet with potential clients, effectively present our service offerings, and close deals using solutions-based selling.
- Attend networking, association, and business group events to expand your network and strengthen existing relationships.
- Travel throughout the assigned geographic area to meet clients and prospects.
- Build a loyal client base for PuroClean of East Cobb.
- Develop and grow relationships within our territory.
- Maintain a balanced book of business to achieve sales and marketing activity goals.
- Represent the company in the assigned geographic area.
- Attend relevant trade shows to promote our services.
- Collaborate with the President on geographic-specific marketing campaigns, both traditional and digital.
- Track marketing supplies and coordinate reordering with the President.
- Assist in identifying ideal marketing prospects.
Job Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience as an Insurance Sales Representative preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and CRM usage.
- Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn CRM and Job Management software.
- Clean driving record and background check.
- Punctuality for meetings and events.
- Successful completion of a drug screening.
- Commitment to core values, company mission, and vision.
- Adherence to the company dress code.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- General technology skills.
