If you are passionate about customer satisfaction and enjoy a varied, hands-on role, this could be the perfect fit for you

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct post-install inspections to ensure the quality and satisfaction of completed projects

-Gather customer reviews and referrals through direct interaction and follow-up

-Take high-quality before and after photos of installations to showcase our work

-Assist with service claims, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently

-Provide feedback to the team to continually improve our service offerings

-Promote our brand through positive customer interactions and relationship-building

Requirements:

-Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality and customer satisfaction

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to take clear, professional before and after photos

-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

-Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus

-Ability to work independently and represent the company positively in the field

-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
