We are seeking elite recruits for our Field Engineer positions. The role of a Field Engineer in Telecommunications is to gather critical field data for communications networks and communicate that field data to our clients in a variety of ways, including through digital maps, notes, forms and digital software applications. It sounds complicated, but it's not. 

We currently have training classes available for January, 2024. Therefore we are looking for recruits to start immediately on a projects across the United States. If you are selected, we will train you on each new type of work you are asked to do, and can provide all specialized equipment necessary to perform the task.

Required Knowledge and Skills: 
  • Strong observation, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies.
  • Able and willing to travel on a regular basis.
  • Ability to deal with challenges while keeping a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work outdoors.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs unassisted.
  • Must be able to walk up to 5 miles per day (at times).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, preferably a small SUV or pickup truck.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screen.
  • Must be highly responsible and self-motivated.
  • Must be fully legal US Citizen.
  • Previous Experience in telecom engineering, field surveying, or related work is not required...but it's a huge plus
  • Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
