Our client, a leading logistics company in the country, has a large need for Customer Service Specialists due to company growth
1st shift: 6:00am – 10:00pm (pick your hours between 12 hour shifts); Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Payrate: $17.00 to $20.00 an hour (depending on experience)
What You Will Do: Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, performing consultative sales, and explaining services and benefits to customers
• Support to new and existing customers
• Update customers regarding shipments as required via phone, email, and web-based channels
• Handle and resolve complaints
• Monitor shipments from order entry through delivery to ensure on-time performance is met
• Other duties as needed
What You Need:
• Minimum of 2yrs industry experience
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication, orally and written
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures including basic computer skills
• Solid critical thinking skills and detail oriented
