We are seeking a qualified Medical Assistant for a clinic in the Alpharetta area.

  • Bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English is a plus
  • The office hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • This is a temp to perm position
  • This is a floater position - you will be responsible for a mix of Front Office and Back Office responsibilities 
  • Qualifications include MA diploma, BLS, Phlebotomy experience, great customer service 


Duties include:

  • Answering Phones, greeting patients
  • Entering patient Demographics into the EMR
  • Insurance verification and prior authorization
  • Rooming Patients
  • Faxing/Scanning
  • Vital Signs
  • Injections/Vaccinations
  • Blood Draw
  • Putting notes into EMR 
  • Assisting Physician 
  • Calling patients with lab results
