Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for local small business owners, maintaining positive relationships and providing personalized support.
Manage and nurture existing business accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Proactively identify opportunities for growth and reach out to potential clients to acquire new business and expand our client base.
Address inquiries and requests from new and existing account holders promptly and professionally, providing expert guidance and assistance.
Efficiently plan and organize daily schedules to maximize productivity and meet client needs.
