Shift: 4:30 AM - 1 PM

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive/predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Resolve safety concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Housekeeping: Perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory supplies and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or the military.
  • Literacy: Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
  • Blueprint Reading: Experience with and ability to read blueprints.
  • Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8-hour shift.
  • Preferred Knowledge: Boiler operations and HVAC systems.
  • Welding Skills: Experience and ability to perform welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
